Our strength is our people
Paul Errington, Managing Director
Paul

route to the rental industry was long and varied. Having attained
an HND in Business Studies at Plymouth Polytechnic, he worked for
a manufacturer of garage equipment, initially as a sales engineer
in Kent and London, and later as Export Manager. In 1977, he moved
to an American competitor, and spent five years travelling North
Africa, the Middle East and parts of Europe seeking new distributors
and motivating the existing ones.
He became self-employed in 1982 when he took on the Reading area
franchise for an overnight parcels company, and set up his own same-day
parcel delivery service. Both businesses were run from the Brick
Kiln site in Tadley prior to the launch in 1991 of County Hire.
Paul was born in Plymouth, Devon. He is married to Susannah, and
has lived in Tadley since 1978. Paul's spare time interests include
motor sport, gardening and keeping reasonably fit.

leaving school Adrian completed an automotive apprenticeship with
Gowrings of Newbury. Since then, he worked for another two local
main dealerships, spending a total of 17 years within the motor

working first for the AA, and then for the MOD Police at AWE Aldermaston.
After a spell as a full-time Mum, she worked for a security company

County Hire as an Administrator in August 2006.
Angela is married to Edward and has two sons.

He enjoys spending his free time helping on the farm where he lives.
He is passionate about all forms of wildlife, and studies birds
of prey to the point where he hopes to become a Falconer himself
one day. Andy was born in Reading, moved to Devon for a while but
eventually found himself drawn back to the Reading area.

Lorna
joined the Company early in 2007. She has worked in various administration
roles throughout her career, and has the added experience of previously

not in the office. Lorna lives in Tadley with her two children.
